Ohana Gomes Imu Part Two

Getting the pigs lifted out seemed a difficult task. They are so hot and so heavy and the pit was hot so it was hard to work the straps under the pigs, but the guys managed just fine.

Empty Imu.

Unwrapping pig number one for inspection and shredding....and eating.

Not much to look at but it sure tastes good!

This is what was left after the day was done. It was quite an experience.
