2012 Birthday Celebration Part II

After visiting the temple, we came home to the birthday party.  We let the girls open presents first while Mommy started preparing lunch.  The kids were blessed with so many wonderful toys.  We sure felt the love from all our grandparents!

The birthday girls chose their lunch - spaghetti with meat sauce or alfredo sauce, fresh pineapple, and cucumbers with ranch to dip.  It was hard to get them to hold still and eat.  All they wanted to do was play with their birthday loot.

Lily requested a pinata this year.  Grammy Hall was the one to break it open for us.  Annie was afraid of it.  Most of the adults gave it our best shot but we couldn't get to the candy.  Good thing Grammy has muscles!

After pinata we had cake.  Lily loves frosting but not cake.  Annie loves anything sweet so we decided on an ice cream cake.  The kids devoured it.  Since their birthdays are so close we just did one cake but gave the girls their own candles and sang to them separately.  Happy birthday to our precious red heads.

Nothing Puna loves better than to see the girls so excited and happy!
