Sunday Shenanigans.....er.....Month of Make-up, Vol. 1
The first weekend of April was so much fun. We got a visit from Puna, Papa, and Brady. We went to Heise Hot Springs and swam and swam. It was so nice to take the girls to a pool that didn't make their lips turn blue. For lunch we tried Heise Pizza. Mommy loves pizza and this place did not disappoint. We can't wait to go back.
We also tried a new indoor trampoline park in Idaho Falls called iJump. We had so much fun here that we went back a few days later. The girls just didn't want to stop. And I think the adults had a lot of fun too. The boys played dodgeball and tried flipping into the foam pits while the girls took it easy in the kiddie area. Such a cool place and a great way to get some exercise during the long eastern Idaho winters!
Puna and Papa threw a belated birthday party for Mommy. Complete with dinner at Cafe Rio and Mommy's favorite cake - angel food with fresh lemon icing. Annie loved playing in the wrapping and eating the cake. Lily liked helping Puna make Mommy's birthday cake.
After the Wanners left the girls were a little bored so we dug out our easel. Lily and Annie painted a new masterpiece everyday for a whole week!
And of course dressing up like princesses helped pick up our spirits too!

Thanks so much for all the catch-up fun pics. Dressing like princesses does indeed help cheer up us girls!
Wow lots of fun, swimming, jumping, birthday cake, pizza...yum! Love the resurrection rolls idea, I'll have to remember that one for next Easter, or for an FHE. You're inspiring me to catch up on my blog too. :)
