Lily loves make up. Especially lipstick. My friend Casandra gave me a brilliant idea to use an empty make up container and fill the reservoirs with nail polish. When it dries, it will look like make up and Lily can use my old brushes to "apply" her make up. I was so excited for no more mess. Lily was really excited at first too and loved playing with it, but after 45 minutes she realized that this was not the real thing and started carving out the polish with her fingers so she could get some make up on her brush. Oh well! It was a great idea. Maybe it will work for other little girls out there.

Christine...try that again with some vaseline flavored with peppermint and put the vaseline on top of the colored polish. love my little glamour girl! Puna
Glad to see you tried it, sad it didn't work so well for Lily. Must be cuz she's used the real stuff before :)
