Lily went to her first Halloween Party at our church on Friday night. She looked bee-utiful in her little costume. Her striped leggings were a crowd favorite.
Daddy loved the movie "Up" which came out this summer. So he decided to dress as Carl Fredricksen - the old man from the movie. He found an awesome old suit at the thrift store and we painted his hair white.
People at church who had not seen the movie thought he looked like Orville Redenbacher. I guess we can use that idea for next year. He can carry around a huge bowl of popcorn and use the same costume.
Here's me (dressed at Russell the boy scout from "Up") trying to control Lily who just had her first candy ever! She got red sticky sucker all over the place.
Happy girl with red sticky sucker on her face. The only reason she gave it up was because she dropped it on the ground.
Successful party. We had a great time.
