Easter Part Three...

I finally got to change out of my poofy dress and put on something comfy. Grammy let me chew on some spoons and relax on her lap. She loves me so much!
Grampy didn't want to be outdone. He held me and let me eat applesauce. Which was much better than metal spoons. Yum!

For the ride home, Daddy and Mommy dressed me in my Easter Bunny outfit. I was still a little warm so they let me have bare feet.

Mommy made Daddy take lots of pictures for Puna and Papa. I was a good sport. Plus this outfit is much softer than my fancy dress.

I had a great Easter day. I am thankful for Jesus Christ and for a Mommy and Daddy who believe in Him and want me to know more about Him. Happy Easter.

Easter Part Two...

After a busy morning of dress up, church, and eating my carrots I was ready for a nap. Mommy was too. We snuggled in her bed together and had a little rest. Mommy got up to check on our dog and when she came back, the kitty was snuggled right next to me. Our kitty has been a little afraid of me and doesn't ever come close to me so this was a special moment for us.

After my nap, we put our Sunday clothes on again and drove to Grammy and Grampy Hall's house for dinner. Mommy promised Puna lots of pictures of me, so before I could eat I had to pose for a photo session.
I prefer to have fingers in my mouth for pictures. Why does everyone have a problem with that?
This is me with Mommy and Daddy. If we look tired, it's because we are! Sundays are a busy day for our family.

It was really hot at Grammy's house so I asked Mommy to take off my tights and shoes. During dinner, I sat in my seat and played with my toes while everybody else ate.

My First Easter

Happy Easter everyone! I had such a wonderful day. Read on to see how I spent my first Easter Sunday.
I woke up early in the morning and spent some time with Daddy before he left for his church meetings. The Easter Bunny brought me baby carrots and new diapers. Awesome! Then Mommy dressed me up in my Easter dress and took some pictures of me before we left for church.
After church I was very tired and very hungry. Mommy decided to let me try my carrots. This was my initial reaction.
But I quickly decided that carrots are yummy. I cleaned out my bowl and then Mommy gave me the spoon to lick. No wonder bunnies like carrots. I couldn't get enough of them.

I WANT MY PUNA!

Dear Mommy, I love you very much.
But I am very sad today because.......
I miss Uncle Rambo!

And Papa Wanner's scratchy whiskers and prickly mustache kisses!

And most especially my silly Puna.
Why, oh why did they have to leave?
I MISS MY PUNA!

The Answer My Friend is Blowin' in the Wind...

It is warm and sunny again in Idaho. Lily and Mommy took some time to play outside this afternoon.
Lily just wanted to soak up the sun.
Every time a gust of wind blows, Lily sticks out her tongue. It is so funny. We don't know why she does it. I guess the answer is blowing in the wind.

Wanner Family Visit

The Wanners came to spend the weekend with us. Lily had so much fun getting all the love and attention from five people instead of just two. Here are some of our favorite moments.......

Eating dinner with Puna at the local burger joint. I think she's trying to catch flies with that tongue.

Lily's shy smile. I love this picture.

Giving Papa loves after having breakfast together.

Giving Puna baby kisses first thing in the morning.

Enjoying a goodbye hug from Uncle Brady.
We will miss you. See you soon!

Lily's "Bare" Bum

This outfit is so cute and Lily has almost outgrown it. Daddy thought we should get a picture of the bear bum.....so here it is. People always laugh when they see it. Fun little play on words.
